Return policy
Legally, you have a period of 14 days from the moment of receipt of the product to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product, as you would if you were purchasing a product from a physical store. If you are not satisfied with the product, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without having to justify your decision to withdraw. Thus, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by making a clear statement to this effect (e.g. email to contact@klevero.ro) or by means of the withdrawal form, sent within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the product. Following notification of the withdrawal statement, we will make a collection/return request, so that, in the following days, a courier will travel to your address to deliver the product.
You will have to return the product (together with all accessories, if applicable) within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract and you will be charged the cost of returning the product, the Seller not committing to bear this cost. If you request withdrawal from the Contract within the legal withdrawal period, you must also return any gifts/accessories that accompanied the respective product. The cost of returning the product, depending on its size and weight, will be communicated to you after you send us your decision to withdraw and will not exceed the value of the delivery cost paid for the product. DO NOT place the order with the courier to return the products. The courier is sent only by our company to the address you mentioned.
We will reimburse all amounts we have received as payment from you as a consumer (including, where applicable, the cost of transport/delivery of the product), within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw or no later than the date on which we receive possession of the returned product, in order to verify it. The refund or replacement with another product is made ONLY after bezubi.ro has received and verified the product returned by the customer, without exceeding 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
We will refund the amounts using the same payment methods as those used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have agreed to a different payment method and provided that you are not responsible for paying any fees following the refund. If you request several products in a single order that will be delivered separately, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, which will be calculated from the receipt of the last product delivered.
In order to improve the quality of our products and services to our customers, we would be grateful if you would tell us the reasons for returning the product. Also, when you notify us of your intention to return the product, you can specify the compensation method, choosing between replacing the product with a similar one or another product available in stock or receiving your money back.
Voluntary return policy (valid from 15 to 30 calendar days from purchase)
Our store offers you the possibility of returning purchased products within 30 calendar days from the date of physical possession of the product, under its own commercial conditions presented below:
Throughout the 30 days, product replacement can be requested;
The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer, the shipping fee paid upon delivery is not refundable. Products are returned only in the original packaging;
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, otherwise the return will be refused.
The principle of diminishing value does not apply
Consumer liability for improper USE of goods
During the 14-day period, you as the consumer are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You have the option of opening the packaging to access its contents if similar goods are usually displayed unpackaged in stores. In this regard, damage to the packaging simply by opening it does not constitute a reason for diminishing the value of the product. Therefore, during the withdrawal period, you must handle the opening of the packaging of the goods with the necessary care without damaging it. Returning products without the original packaging or with abnormal deterioration of the packaging as well as with the protective films applied to the item removed (where applicable) may be considered a deterioration of the goods.
During the 14-day withdrawal period, you should handle and inspect the goods with due care. In order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, you should handle and inspect them in the same way as you would be allowed to do in a shop, for example, you can check the integrity of the products, labels, packaging seals, but you are not allowed to open the primary packaging or use them for the purpose for which the product was designed/intended.
The products are returned intact and without traces of use, as well as in the original unopened/undestroyed packaging.
Decrease in the value of products
If the goods have been used by you to an extent that exceeds the limit necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, the right of withdrawal is not excluded, but you will be liable for any possible diminution in the value of the goods, which is assessed by the seller on a case-by-case basis based on a document justifying the diminution in value and may vary as a percentage of the value paid by you and consequently you will be returned an amount of money less than you paid.
The decrease in the value of the goods may consist of cleaning and repair costs, replacement or addition of accessories, etc. to bring the products to their original condition. If, after these operations, such goods can no longer be sold as new products, they will be sold as second-hand goods at a significantly lower price, in which case the decrease in value will consist of a loss of income for our company that will be objectively justified and may vary as a percentage, and may reach a percentage of over 50% depending on the nature of the use.
Possible situations that may lead to a decrease in the value of the returned product (non-exhaustive list)
Wear and/or damage to the product or its components as a result of testing, handling or use (defective or not) or removing its labels (product serial number, etc.)
Returning the product with traces of use, dirt, oil, fuel, grease, etc. or with traces of having been subjected to cleaning/washing operations
Return of products with the presence of water/other liquids/impurities, evidence of use/installation, traces of corrosive substances, mechanical/thermal shocks, damaged electrical circuits
Returning the product without the accessories it was sold with.
Visible degradation of a product or its components, as a result of failure to comply with maintenance/use instructions or the mentions in the warranty certificate.
Returning products without the original packaging, without accessories or with abnormal degradation of the product packaging.

In these categories of goods/products that are not exempt from return but which may be subject to a decrease in the value of the product if they are used more than necessary to determine the "nature, characteristics and functioning" are all durable products presented in this online store.
Return procedure
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Send us an email, and then you will receive an email with the instructions you need to follow.
- After submitting your request, you will be contacted by our operator to register your package pickup.
- Please prepare the product for shipping by courier as follows:
- To avoid damage to the product during shipping by courier, please place the product in its original box in another cardboard box and seal it with adhesive tape (scotch).
- Please write the word RETURN on the outer box (Attention: NOT on the original product box).
- It is mandatory to send the product, together with its original box, undamaged, along with all accessories received.
- Deliver the return package ONLY via the courier sent at the request of our company.
Exceptions to returns
In the case of legal entities (who are not consumers), we reserve the right to accept the return of the products and to constitute their value as an advance payment for goods intended for future orders or to not comply with the return request.
