Product warranty
The guarantee is offered by our company as a seller in accordance with the provisions of OUG 140/2021 and OG 21/1992, (r2) normative acts intended for individual customers and on the territory of Romania. The guarantee of conformity for new goods is granted to individuals (consumers) for a period of 2 years from the time of delivery, respectively 1 year for a second-hand/resealed good. Resealed products are new products whose packaging has been opened, being those returned by customers within the legal period of 14 days or products that have been tested or displayed in the showroom. Absolutely all "Resealed" products are thoroughly tested before being offered for sale. In the case of legal entities, the guarantee of conformity offered is 1 year and is granted according to art 1707-1718 of the Civil Code. The finding of non-conformities and the provision of the guarantee are our responsibility. To eliminate the risk of loss, the warranty certificate is sent on a durable medium to the customer account/email for each individual order, if not, please write by email to the EMAIL address.
Ways to ensure the guarantee of conformity
In case of non-compliance, you benefit from the following corrective measures (in this order):
a) bringing into conformity by repair or replacement (if the good cannot be repaired),
b) proportional price reduction (if the non-conformity is minor),
c) termination of the contract and return of the consideration (if repair or replacement cannot be carried out).
As a particularity, in case of non-conformity (found and confirmed by the seller) within the first 30 days of purchase, the product will be replaced directly.
CAREFUL!
The products for warranty will be picked up by the courier company at our request. Please fill in the information requested in the form. After your request is approved, in approximately 2 days, the courier will come to pick up the product. Please pack the product carefully before handing it over to the courier, to protect it during transport. The product will be brought by the courier to the klevero.ro reception service.
We verify the claimed aspects and diagnose the good to determine whether or not it is subject to the guarantee. If the non-conformity is confirmed and remedied by repair, the guarantee is extended by the time the good is out of order. Bringing it into conformity by repair or replacement is carried out within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the moment of notification. If the non-conformity is remedied by replacement, a new guarantee period of 2 years will be granted for the replaced good.
More details regarding your rights and obligations regarding the warranty as well as the conditions under which the right to the warranty is lost can be found in the warranty certificate as well as in the instructions in the user manual that are provided to you on a durable medium upon purchase of the products. We recommend that you comply with the conditions mentioned therein for granting the warranty.
Recommendations for packaging and shipping defective products
Some goods sold may be fragile, which is why, when they are sent for warranty, we recommend appropriate packaging so that they arrive intact and safe in our possession. You are not obliged to keep the original packaging during the warranty period, but we recommend that the products be wrapped and packaged so that there is no possibility of their movement inside the packaging. Packaging of a size adapted to the size and weight of the products being transported will always be used. The goods must not move inside the box. There must be a space of 5-6 cm between the product and the walls of the box, which must be filled either with foil or polystyrene flakes, to reduce the shock in the event of an impact. We recommend filling the free spaces with polystyrene flakes or newspaper. If several products are transported in a single box, it must be ensured that they are well separated from each other by protective packaging such as cardboard corners, polystyrene, bubble wrap.
The following types of packaging are recommended:
• Pressed cardboard box, filled with polystyrene flakes and sealed with protective foil
• Cardboard box + bubble wrap, for protection against scratches and shocks.
• 3 or 5-layer cardboard box + polystyrene flakes to fill empty spaces + bubble wrap for anti-shock protection.
• Wooden box filled with polystyrene.
• Cardboard box filled with polystyrene/expanded foam boards and polystyrene flakes.
General conditions for non-granting of the guarantee:
• the good has been, as the case may be, used or maintained improperly/improperly, being, as the case may be, exposed to fire or water, voltage overloads, technical overload without an optimal level of cooling, freezing or extremely hot temperatures, high/low pressures, knocks, scratches, mechanical shocks, corrosive chemicals, abrasive cleaning products, impurities, etc. causing mechanical, thermal, electrical, electronic, plastic damage to the surface and base material or to the parts/components inside, (contrary to the instructions of the warranty certificate, the specific instructions or the operating conditions mentioned in the manual of the good or on the label accompanying the good).
• the good has been subjected, as the case may be, to assembly, installation, unauthorized service interventions, with/without damage or replacement of parts/components or with spare parts, lubricants, fuels, consumables, accessories different from those recommended by the manufacturer/importer
• the good has been used for a purpose other than household (excessive, commercial or industrial use) which leads to the cancellation of the consumer status or for purposes other than those for which it was built/manufactured.
• the good has been used and cared for/maintained improperly or defectively contrary to the specific instructions in the user manual
• the good has damage, such as scratches or cracks in the product that were not brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase, being non-conformities accepted by you.
• The good only shows normal wear/exploitation, according to the purpose and destination for which it was produced as well as its level of use (specific wear depending on the type of good), maintenance and periodic adjustments not being subject to the warranty.
• The goods are not accompanied by proof of customer status (completed warranty certificate or invoice/receipt) or the series and type of the product mentioned on the label have not been protected (are not legible), or have been modified, deleted or replaced. Programs and information saved on storage media may be deleted during service operations. We recommend making regular back-ups and definitely before sending the products under warranty.
PROCEDURE FOR SENDING PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY
Products brought or sent to the service department must be complete, contain all accessories (we recommend that they be brought / sent in the original packaging or appropriate packaging to avoid damage caused by transport conditions) and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice or the warranty certificate that you find in the customer account for each individual order.
Products not picked up from the service unit within 6 months of the completion of operations will be declared abandoned (according to the provisions of the Civil Code).
